Candice Kemp, RN, MSN(c)
Founder & CEO, C3 Nursing, PLLC
Candice has always viewed nursing as an act of service, not just a profession. A U.S. military veteran, educator, and compassionate caregiver, Candice brings over a decade of hands-on experience to her work in nursing and care coordination.
Her journey began with a passion for supporting postpartum families, founding Necessary Nurse® in 2019. As her mission evolved, she recognized a growing need for trusted, holistic elder care—and that’s how C3 Nursing, PLLC was born.
Candice’s approach is centered around Compassion, Competence, and Connection—the three C’s that guide everything we do. Her deep understanding of both the medical and emotional sides of caregiving sets the tone for the C3 Nursing team’s culture of warmth, respect, and advocacy.
